ATS Global Links Limited has an established HSE Management system developed in line with international Safety Standards and Codes. The company has a HSE manual, which carries the requisite policy statements. The HSE manual is the basic guide for all inputs into operations being carried out by the company. It covers all the critical aspects of her operations and meets the requirements of Client’s HSE policy. As depict in the organizational structure of ATS Global Links, the position of the HSE Manager has overall responsibility for HSE matters in the company.
HSE management of this project shall be in accordance with ATS “Project HSE PLAN” which shall be developed for this project in line with project HSE requirements. In this document, realistic and achievable targets shall be set for HSE performance indicators. HSE statistics shall be recorded and reported on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Based on ATS attached importance to HSE and specifically for project, the position of project HSE Manager shall enjoy organization freedom to fully carry out his duty without fear of intimidation.
Safety, health of personnel, care of the environment and loss prevention will be integral part of our project execution at all times. These considerations will be reflected in every aspect of services from inception to completion.
During the project execution phases, the project team leaders will provide safety advice within the Project Management Team (PMT). Doing this will ensure a consistent approach to safety and the environment. They will review all documents to ensure compliance with the contract HSE specification and requirements and safety provisions will be optimized at all time. Safety legislation and Client requirements will be incorporated into all HSE design and implementation.
All personnel shall be properly inducted and trained so as to be acquainted with the both ATS and Clients/Project safety requirements.
Periodic audit and personnel observations shall serve as a feedback to consistently assess HSE performance. All identified deficiencies or inadequacies shall be promptly and proactively addressed.
ATS has a policy of reinforcing workers HSE participation. HSE award/incentives program has been put in place to compensate worker who has participated satisfactory in HSE issues for the month.
