At ATS Global Links Limited, we have continuously and deliberately developed a team-oriented management system. The Company is under the control and administration of the General Manager (GM) who oversees the day-to-day management and running of the company. The GM is the Chief Team Coordinator and he is ably supported by the Operations Manager (OPM) who has the same authority over project implementation when the GM is unavoidavbly absent. A Project Manager is however appointed for each project and designated as the Team Leader having responsibility for overall success of the project. The Project Managers are ably supported by various discipline Project Engineers who has and exercises the same authority when the Project Manager is not available. Authority is further delegated to the Supervisors who supervise other team members having different responsibilities for the various component parts of the job.
We consider empowering our people as the best strategy to achieving maximum success in all our service provision. The regular Health, Safety and Environment meeting affords the opportunity to the entire workforce on a daily basis to appraise our project activities and communicate necessary information required for effective performance. We have also installed a seamless communication system through which information is shared with ease.
The standard operating system and operational processes that have been documented also serve as a guide in all decision making process. Where there is uncertainty, clarifications are made with the appropriate process owners.
Additionally the Project Plan, Work Break-Down Structure (WBS) and Schedule Provide a detailed road map for the progression of projects.
