ATS Global Links Limited has an established quality management system (QMS), which is structured in accordance with ISO 9001. As part of the requirements of the ATS Global Links Limited QMS, quality documentations (QA manual, procedures and work instructions) have been developed. The “QA Manual” contains the quality assurance requirements of ISO 9001 while the “QA Procedures” have been developed to support the implementation of the quality system relevant to ATS Global Links operations.

Quality Control Plan (QCP) shall be developed for client approval during project preparation time. The QCP shall contain Inspections Test plan (ITP) and the required level of inspection interventions both by the client and contractor specific to each work activity to covers all aspects of the scope of work of the contract. The QCP will be used to effectively carryout quality surveillance during the execution of the project.

The procedures define the inspection procedures, quality requirements and acceptance criteria to be maintained on the project.

ATS standard operating procedures and work instruction are open to client for review and approval. These procedures shall be strictly adhered to throughout the work execution duration. A register of these documents shall be maintained, which will detail the functions, limiting parameters, submittal and approval status.

Correction of non-conformities

All non-conformities and deviations from QA/QC procedures and specifications as well as any non-conformity of materials, welding, painting etc. shall be reported by ATS’s QA/QC department. Non-conformities shall be corrected or disposed as approved by the clients.
