Our manpower sourcing covers the hiring of both expatriate and local manpower. Although, ATS placed high priority in the development of local content manpower and thus always look towards local resources. However, where High-Level Technology Impact (HLTI) personnel are required and such individual is not available locally, ATS has capacity to proactively within reasonable time to hire and make available such individual to perform the required services.

In the area of material/equipment resources, the company has entered into MOU with ATS Global Links Limited, an indigenous company with reputable foreign technical partner as a backup in the area of equipment leasing, manpower and project management.
